Every inch of this ostrich egg's surface is carved and shows a standing dragon with his wings unfurled and his tail curling around the egg. Clouds spiral across the background.

About this egg . . .

• This ostrich egg measures 9" high and is 16 1/8" around its circumference.
• This highly detailed egg took many hours to carve, (I stopped counting at 50 hours!) I enjoyed creating the contrasting textures of the smoothness of the clouds and the depth of the scales that cover the dragon's body.
• The walnut stand lights up to make this dragon really shine!
